Trillion Launches Customer Connect Web Portal
Expanded services provides enhanced network management capabilities
AUSTIN, TEXAS – January 23, 2006 - Trillion announces the launch of its new customer web portal – Trillion Customer Connect. Customer Connect permits Trillion customers to visually manage each location on their Trillion WAN and monitor traffic and bandwidth usage with the click of a mouse. The portal has been completely redesigned with a new look and feel, making the site easier to navigate.
With Trillion Customer Connect, users can:
- View red light/green light status of your network
- Run real-time and historical bandwidth performance reports by site
- Submit cases online
- View real-time case status online with 2-way communication that enables you to add comments and attachments
- Subscribe to outage alerts via pager or cell phone
- Access online support including online documentation and users guides
- View security and virus update information
- Initiate remote desktop support
- Track online project status
