Trillion Partners, Inc. Acquires Trillion Digital Communication Assets

 

AUSTIN, TEXAS – February 16, 2006 – Trillion Partners, Inc., announced today the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Trillion Digital Communications based in Bessemer, Alabama.  The acquisition creates a single, national Trillion footprint to deliver secure broadband network services to the K-12 education marketplace.

The newly combined Trillion will be headquartered in Austin, Texas and will be managed by the current Trillion Partners team.  With this transaction, Trillion Partners will be able to leverage additional construction resources and supplier networks improving operational efficiencies and services to educational customers.  World class support services will be provided to customers through the Network Operations Center based in Austin and through field personnel located throughout the country.
